1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup water
3 Tbsp. butter (margarine works fine)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. yeast
4 cups flour
Mix it all up, let rise until nearly double.
After the first rise, remove the dough and form a loaf.
Put it into a buttered pan and let rise again until double and bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
