About 1 cupful each of red/green sweet peppers, onions, mushrooms. About 2 cupsful of your choice sausage.
Cut all into bite-size pieces.
2 cups cooked rigatoni (optional)
1-2 tsp. cooking oil (I use olive oil)
Your favorite barbeque sauce OR tomatoes, chopped.
If using barbeque sauce: Sauté the sausage, then add in the veggies. When crisp-cooked, add in some barbeque sauce and the rigatoni if used. Stir to warm, eat to enjoy!
If using the tomatoes:
Sauté the sausage, then add in the veggies.
When crisp-cooked, add in the tomatoes and rigatoni if used, along with some seasonings like oregano, basil, parsley, garlic powder, etc.
I don’t add salt or pepper because there is usually enough in the sausage.
Stir to warm, eat to enjoy!
